the Shop does not retain this information.

一点ずつ手作業でお仕立てしており、また受注制作の品も多くございます。

【ご購入前に必ずご確認ください】
当店の作品は、天然の素材（アヒンサーシルク・草木染め）を使用し、手作業で制作しております。
そのため、以下の点をご理解いただける方のみご購入をお願いいたします。
・色味の個体差： 天然染料は湿度や気温により、掲載写真と微細な色の違いが生じる場合がございます。
・経年変化： 化学染料と異なり、日光や時間経過とともに色が柔らかく変化します。これを天然素材の味わいとしてお楽しみください。
・繊維の特性： アヒンサーシルク特有の節や毛羽立ちは、素材本来の仕様であり不良品ではございません。

【商品に不備があった場合】
万一、商品に不良や損傷、ご注文と異なる品が届いた場合は、 商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
良品との交換、または返金にて対応させていただきます。
なお、一点ずつお仕立てしているため、同じ品とのお取り替えができない場合がございます。
金具など、お直しで元の状態に戻せる箇所につきましては、お客様のご希望に応じてお直しにて承ることもできます。
※交換・返金は未使用品に限ります。

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference—such as the item not matching your expectations or an ordering error.
Each item is individually handcrafted, and many are made-to-order.

[Important Information Before Purchase]
Our products are handcrafted using natural materials (Ahimsa silk and plant-based dyes).
Please purchase only if you understand and accept the following characteristics:
・Color variations: Due to the nature of natural dyes and the influence of humidity and temperature, slight color differences may occur compared to the product photos.
・Aging: Unlike chemical dyes, the color will soften and change over time with exposure to sunlight. We hope you enjoy this unique quality of natural materials.
・Fiber characteristics: "Slubs" (irregularities in the thread) and "fuzziness" are inherent characteristics of Ahimsa silk and are not considered defects.

[In Case of Product Defects]
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for an exchange with a non-defective item or provide a refund.
Please note that since each item is individually crafted, an exact replacement may not always be available.
For parts such as metal fittings that can be restored to their original condition, we may be able to perform repairs based on your preference.
*Exchanges and refunds apply only to unused items.
*We will cover the shipping costs for returns and re-shipments.
